3. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Final pricing may vary if the scope of work differs from the original quote (e.g. additional items, access difficulties, or extra distance).
• We will communicate any price adjustments before proceeding with the work.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

• Bookings are confirmed once we have received your written or verbal agreement to proceed.
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service date will incur no charge.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, vehicle breakdown).

5. Insurance and Liability

We are fully insured for goods in transit and public liability. Our insurance covers:

• Accidental damage to your belongings while in our care
• Public liability for damage to property during the move

Claims must be reported within 7 days of the service completion. We are not liable for items that are inadequately packed by the customer, pre-existing damage, or items of extraordinary value not declared before the move.

6. Your Responsibilities

• Ensure all items to be moved are properly prepared and accessible.
• Inform us of any items requiring special handling (fragile, valuable, or hazardous).
• Ensure adequate parking and access at both collection and delivery addresses.
• Provide accurate information when requesting a quote.

7. Payment

Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking. We accept bank transfer, cash, and card payments. Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
